Cooley Patent Ductus Clamp is ideally suited for aortic and pulmonary clamping in cardiothoracic surgical procedures used to treat patent ductus arteriosus (PDA). The ring handles of this clamp make it easy to maneuver in the surgical field. Additionally, the ratcheting mechanism allows the tension to be controlled and set to accommodate the particular situation so either full clamping or only partial blockage. This clamp is available with either straight or curved shanks making it suitable for a number of patient scenarios and surgeon preferences.
